Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 November 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nexus ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (the "Service").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

3. Vendor Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, we may require you to provide verification documents, such as a government-issued ID for individuals or business registration documents for companies. Failure to provide these documents upon request may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payments and Fees

Nexus charges a transaction fee for payments processed through the Service, as detailed on our pricing page. This fee is subject to change. Payouts to vendors will be made on a weekly basis through the methods specified in the vendor dashboard.

5. Prohibited Items and Services

As a vendor, you are responsible for ensuring that the items or services you sell comply with all applicable laws. You must consult the "Acceptable Use Policy" of our payment processing partners for a complete and binding list of prohibited items.

6. Service Quality and Refunds

All vendors are expected to provide a high-quality service to their customers. In the event that a service is not delivered or does not meet the description, the vendor must contact Nexus immediately at support@nexusedge.uk to facilitate a refund for the client.

7. Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a charge directly with their bank. As a vendor, you are responsible for the disputed amount plus any associated fees. We will provide a mechanism for you to submit evidence to contest the dispute.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and vendors should first be handled through direct communication. If a resolution is not met, either party may escalate the dispute to Nexus for mediation.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, in no event shall Nexus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, providing at least 30 days' notice.
